Do you accept Returns ?

Since each item is made to order, returns are NOT accepted especially custom orders. If you have any issues with your item, please reach out to us.

What is your Policy ?

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of your order may be made within 24 hours of your purchase.  After that no cancellations may be made. PLEASE check your order over carefully and make sure you have ordered your items just as you want them, as most items are personalized to the specifications of each order.

DELIVERY

All orders are made and shipped within 4-8 business days. All of our shipments include Tracking. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact USPS at number below in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address.
